“Design a Logo” Contest Winners

Even though I haven’t published about how Flosha’s Corner happened, it’s summed up on the “About Me” page. Someday, I’ll write about it in detail, I promise!

It’s been a beautiful twenty month blogging journey. When I look back to see the baby steps I’ve taken, it surprises me and I’m amazed at how far I traveled. I’m so thankful to all my engaging readers who motivate me to keep writing.

Flosha’s Corner is now coming with a Trademark. Hurray! 
Who’s excited for me? Shout out “Eureka!”

Before you get a chance to see the logo, let’s take a peek into the story – 

After months of procrastination, one hot September afternoon, I said to myself – “Well begun is half done.” So, I pulled up my pants and set to work. How can I not involve my husband on this adventure? We sat with a pen and a notepad each and a common laptop too. That was the start of our serious brainstorming and doodling sessions. 

An interesting idea struck my mind and I immediately posted a contest for “Design a Logo” on one of our friends groups. Although I haven’t received many submissions, people were interested when I posted my designs. With that started a flow of ideas, both hand-drawn and digital. I was overwhelmed.

Towards the end of October, I took votes and one submission grabbed most attention. With the help of one of our friends, I tweaked it a bit to suit my needs, and lo, the logo for Flosha’s Corner has been finalized.

Tada! It’s ready for the world to see.

This is a collective effort of three people – Flosha, Vicky and Trupthi. So, congratulate the winners of the contest “Design a Logo” – Vicky and Trupthi. (I’m not gifting myself yet 😀 Oh wait! The logo is my gift.)

My heartfelt thanks to all the people in my life who have been praying for “Flosha’s Corner”. I see the results. The small seed of passion inside me is growing and yielding fruit.
